Upon delivery, please inspect your order—confirm that it’s the correct item, in perfect condition, and within its expiry date. If, despite our best efforts, you encounter any of the following, we’re here to make it right:
The product is defective
The product isn’t what you ordered
The product has passed its expiry date
Product Replacement & Exchange Policy
If you experience any of the above issues, you may request a replacement or exchange under these conditions:
Original Packaging & Condition
Items must be returned unused, in their original, untampered packaging.
Proof of Purchase
Include the original receipt that arrived with your order/sent to your email.
Timing
Returns and exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note:
We cannot process exchanges if the product fails to meet these criteria.
We’re unable to accept returns simply because you changed your mind or ordered by mistake.
Refund Policy
If an exchange isn’t suitable, you may request a refund under the same conditions as above (defective, wrong item, or expired). Refund details:
Timing: Submit your refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
Condition: Item must be unused and in its original, untampered packaging, with the original receipt.
Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable:
Shipping fees (unless we shipped the wrong item or a defective product).
Items returned after the 48-hour window.
